Could Lando and Oscar be the next Senna-Prost?

After the Hungary Grand Prix, McLaren told Lando Norris to let Oscar Pisatri pass him with a few laps to let Pisatri win his first Formula 1 race. I got Senna-Prost vibes. Who were Senna and Prost? Both Ayrton Senna and Alain Prost were F1 legends in the 1980s and mid-1990s with a combined 92 wins, 186 podiums, and seven championships who were teammates at McLaren from 1988-1989. In 1988, only Gerhard Burger at Ferrari was the only driver outside of McLaren to win a race that season. It was similar to the 2023 season, Max Verstappen won 19 races and Sergio "Checo" Perez only won two races and a Ferrari driver (Carlos Sainz) was the non-Red Bull driver to win a race. However, unlike 2023 the results between teammates was closer. Senna won the title that year. However, there was friction between Senna and Prost. The following year, Senna had a chance to repeat though his teammate/rival was leading. Prost crashed into Senna in the Japanese Grand Prix ending their race or so Prost thought. Senna was able to restart the engine and he won the race or so Senna though as the FIA president at the time Jean-Marie Balestre who was French and buds with Prost DQ'ed Senna which gave Prost the title in 1989. Balestre later admitted he helped Prost by DQ'ed Senna in Japan in 1989. Prost left McLaren for Ferrari in 1990 and there was another battle for the title where Senna won after crashing into Prost in the Japanese GP a year after Prost crashed into Senna. They buried the hatchet right after the 1993 season which Prost won. They became friends. Sadly, the next season, Senna died in a tragic crash at the San Marino GP. I feel like Lando and Oscar could become the next Senna-Prost or the next Hamilton-Nico Rosberg or Hamiltion-Alonso (another McLaren pairing) if McLaren doesn't get their shit together. Both Lando and Oscar are great drivers. They were phenoms when they came into Formula 1 and they have delivered, depending who you asked. Lando had the most podiums without a win until he won in Miami and yes, there's a Formula 1 race in Miami. Oscar had a great rookie season finishing with two podiums and a sprint race win if you count those which Formula 1 doesn't but still has Sprint Races and of course he won in Hungary. Hey, it still counts as a win for Oscar. Honestly, I'm not a big of the Sprint Races in Formula 1 but that's a topic for another time. McLaren should fixed this as soon as possible especially since they could be in the running for the Construction Title with Red Bull falling because Max isn't as dominant as he was the last two seasons. He won 34 races in the past two seasons. With those two seasons alone, Max would still sixth all-time in wins in Formula One with more wins than legends Sir Jackie Stewart, Niki Landa, Nigel Mansell, Jim Clark, Graham Hill, among others. Also, Checo Perez is struggling and yet Red Bull signed him to a two-year extension even though they have a B-team in VCARB and a big junior program. Plus there's some dream happening in the Red Bull garage. The makers of Drive to Survive are having a dream season. Also, the last two seasons of Drive to Survive hadn't done it for me. Maybe because I'm actually following Formula 1 the last two seasons. Also, the Driver's title is still in play but thanks to McLaren, they cost Lando seven points which could be the difference, you'll never know. It's too soon to stay who will win the Driver's Championship this season and it's too soon to determine if the Lando-Oscar will be a disaster. The pairing will be together for another two seasons and with McLaren gaining on Red Bull, they better fix things or we will have another McLaren Civil War.  Also, I'm guessing that Oscar made the right decision to leave Alpine for McLaren as Alpine are one of the worst teams on the grid and both of them drivers made a podium last season.
