Ways to Stop Max Verstappen (My Opinion)

Thanks to Drive to Survive and the 2021 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix (the race before the infamous Abu Dhabi Grand Prix). Also, Youtube channels of WTF1 before Matt and Tommy left, Matt and Tommy F1, Josh Revell, FP1 Will, RocketPoweredHohawk who reminders me of UrinatingTree a little bit, Black Flags Matter at times (he's mostly a NASCAR youtuber but he does post F1 vids), among others I started to become a fan of Formula One Racing and it also partly responsible for liking NASCAR again. Formula One since being brought Liberty Media, they have made a priority to increase popularity in the United States which included Drive to Survive. I know a number of the hardcore hate Drive to Survive because it isn't all that accurate and all that and yeah. It is a Reality TV show, more than likely it's not going to be 100 percent. I wish it was that's another topic for another post. The show has to do something right since they also have Golf, Tennis, and Tour of France versions of Drive to Survive and Netflix agreed on a deal with NASCAR to cover this season's playoffs so look out for that. Thanks to DTS there's three races in America. Formula One had tried for years to get a foothold in America and despite drivers like Dan Gurney, Phil Hill whose the only American-born and raised driver to win the F1 season title in 1961, Italian-born Mario Andretti who also won the title in 1978, Richie Ginther, and some extent Eddie Cheever though he was raised in Italy. However, after Cheever well Americans only had a few drivers race in F1 from 1993 to 2022. Michael Andretti (Mario's son), Scott Speed, and Alexander Rossi in a few part basis have been the only drivers and none of them made it to two whole seasons and two of them were replaced by legends. However, this year Logan Sargeant made it to Williams Racing though it might be a bit of a miracle if he could make it to a second season. However, this Blog is about how we can stop Max Verstappen whose been nearly unstoppable since 2022. He won the title in 2021 in the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix beating out Lewis Hamilton after a controversial decision was where the lapped traffic between Max and Lewis were able to get unlapped leaving no one between Lewis and Max and Max had fresher tires (or rubber). Not surprisingly, Max passed Lewis for not only the win in the Grand Prix but the drivers Championship as well. Since then, Max has been unstoppable though Ferrari and Charles Leclerc started off strong in 2022 but breakdowns, crashes, and bad strategies led to their downfall and the second half of the season where they were nowhere close to Max. This season, nobody but Red Bull drivers Max and Sergio "Checo" Perez have won though Aston Martin with Fernando Alonso and McLaren mostly with Lando Norris though rookie Oscar Piastri has had some good results has come close OK not really. If you're wondering McLaren won all but one race in 1988 with Ayrton Senna and Alain Prost as their drivers. Right now, Max has 46 wins of all-time which is fifth. If he wins out for the rest of this season, he'll get 55 which will be good for third all-time. I've been thinking of ways that could slow down Max but not Red Bull (sorry couldn't find think of anything except that Red Bull doesn't compete in a Grand Prix but the Grand Prix would only have 18 cars instead of 20). Here they are

Max takes a vacation and misses two races: Why Not? He's all but assured as the three-time World Champion. Why not have him miss a race or two? Give someone else a win? Granted he's not going to miss Las Vegas because it would be the first race there since 1982 and F1 wants this race to succeed so Max should race in the Las Vegas Grand Prix. He can miss Brazil and Abu Daubi right?

Max and Checo goes to Alphatauri and the Alphatauri drivers go to Red Bull for a race or two:  Don't know if it will be Liam Lawson or Daniel Riccardo in the second car with Yuki Tsunoda driving the first car with Danny Ric nursing an injury. Would be interesting to see Max and Checo drive arguably the worst car in F1. I'm sure I'm not the only one that would like to see that. Also, any chance the Toro Rosso name could return with the liveries (paint scheme)? Those were nice.

Max racing a NASCAR race: Would be nice to see especially with Project 91 with Trackhouse Racing and I'm sure owner Justin Marks would love to have Max there. However, there's one big problem. Would Red Bull Racing allow it? Is there anything in the contract that would forbid Max racing outside of F1 and SimRacing?

Well those are my suggestions.
