Coronavirus shouldn't be a politcial issue

     Last I checked, Coronavirus doesn't care if you're man/woman, white/black, liberal/conservative, etc. it's killing hundreds of thousands of people and it's getting millions of people sick and for those who do better, will still deal with the effects of the virus. Plus the whole world is going through this not just a problem in the states. However, we are divided into believing in this pandemic is real or not. Also, there's a fight on rather to wear a mask or not. Personally,  I believe any Trump supporters that don't believe it's real to volunteer at a hospital and let us know if it is or not. Attacking the media isn't going to make Coronavirus go away.  I've seen people on Facebook attack anchors/reporters for their posting on the continued coverage. I replied to one of those people and we both attacked each other crossing a few lines.  I admit I'm not making the situation much better, at times I will respond to a Trumper on a post. Also, this blog is basically saying the Republicans suck (among a few other things I've said). I'll admit, I don't trust Republicans especially Trump ass kisser is Florida's Governor Ron Desantis (or as I like to call him Dicksantis) has handled to pandemic poorly from closing the beaches only after Spring Break ended when the pandemic started, not doing anything to stop the number of affected Floridians which is at an all-time high recently like mandate wearing masks and/or closing things down again. Now, he believes it's a perfect time to force the school districts to start on August 10th while again, Florida is setting records in Coronavirus affections. Even though he said he would have his kids to go school his kids are too young to go to school (Are the daycares open?, If so go ahead Desantis). Granted to schools were able to delay the start for a few weeks and the Teachers' union is fighting the order through the court as we speak (they won but the state appealed). Honestly, unless you're willing to send your kids to school, you shouldn't order anyone else's kids to school and this is for both Republicans and Democrats. Yes, there's the argument that kids need social interaction and parents need a break (which the reason why the Republicans what kids to school, they go back to school, parents go back to work). Honestly, I wish there was a foolproof plan to have the kids socializing and stay at their homes. I have ideas like have teachers drive to all of the houses of the students who can't E-learn/Virtual Learn to drop off lesson plans/schoolwork and also be able to stay with a kid for a hour or two if needed, maybe longer. However, that would only work for Elementary Schools. Middle School and High School teachers have over a hundred or so students compare to 20-30 students for Elementary school teachers. Hey, I am not a parent so I don't know what would for your kids. However, is it worth the risk for your kids to have a few hours rest? If I had kids, I wouldn't send my kids to school. It's not just the kids, think of the teachers, think of the support staff, Administrators. All of those are at risk. I could go on and on about this but not only the schools. Hey, if you're going to say "All lives matter" and yet refuse to wear a mask then you really don't believe that "All lives matter". Yes, it's you're right to not wear a mask (even though a number of cities require people to wear a mask) but it's also a company right to not allow you to go into the store without a mask. I wear a mask in 90-degree weather If I can do it, you can as well. Also, with states like Florida, Georgia, Texas, and Arizona had a lot of cases and yet refuse to shut down the state or at least scale back their opens because of the economy. Guessing Republicans would rather be morally bankrupt than actually bankrupt (even though the debt has increased under Trump, another lie). The party of good moral family Christians values my ass (I know not very Christian of me). If the economy depends on people dying from a pandemic, maybe the system needs to change. Hey, if this happened under a Democratic president, they would scream impeachment. With Trump, they like "It is What it is"sound familiar. Hey, you think us liberals want to deal with this crap? We don't. OK, I can only speak to myself but you don't think liberals miss doing crap themselves? I missed out on seeing a Magic Game and possibly seeing Zion Williamson playing in person, missed three Tampa Bay Vipers games, missed trips to New Orleans (again, I went earlier this year) and Atlanta, and possible one to Austin to see the Bulls play the Longhorns. Also, I haven't played kickball since last year which I miss. I want to go back to the pre Covid days and do crap, we all do. Like it or not we're all in this together and until there's a vaccine. We need to wait and do what we can to stop the spread. Also, I admit I not a big fan of the protest but I understand, it's hard to change things from your couch. Just social distance, wear a mask, and all that.
