Coronavirus, Andrew Gillium, and Brady to the Bucs

     I hope everybody had a nice St. Patrick's Day considering the Coronavirus that's sweeping the world right now and it's going to get worse probably ruining Easter and Cinco De Mayo plans as well. I'll admit, this sucks. I had planned on Saturday going to the River O'Green and the Viper game with maybe a stop or two. That was gone since Tampa canceled the former and the XFL at first tried to play the games without fans but a concession worker and a player on the Seattle Dragons getting the virus, the XFL decided canceled the rest of the season with hopes of coming back in 2021 and paying the players their salary for the year. Also, the WWE will still have WrestleMania though in Orlando instead of Tampa and without fans. Tampa was screwed again because the city waited years to get the NCAA Tournament only to be canceled. Not as bad as Atlanta who had the Final Four this year. This isn't considering the Lightning who was second in the Atlantic Division/Eastern Conference and in contention for their second Stanley Cup. Then again, we don't know if the NBA/NHL will resume. I said if they do, just go straight to the playoffs but that's me. It's not only the sports world, TV Shows have halted production until next season (if those shows are getting another season, I know the Chicago Series and SuperStore are among the shows getting a new season and behind). Movies not far behind (Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson got the coronavirus while he was shooting a movie about Elvis). Some Comedy Shows have either halted production or continuing without a studio audience. Not to mention all the events coast to coast canceled. I wish I can say that it's only going to be a short time until everything back to normal but I can't that. Heck I don't when it will, months maybe. We just need to hang there and limit our time outside/around other people as much as we can. We can do this. Also, to those who work in the medical profession, first responders, grocery stores, Big Box retailer stores, restaurants/fast food chains, and others who are busy due to this. Keep up the good work and stay safe. Also, hoping for those who out of work will get relief one way or another.
     Where to start with Andrew Gillum? First of all, I am happy he did go to rehab for alcohol addiction and getting the help he needs. However, WHAT THE FUCK DUDE? You have a wife and three young kids and you get busted in a hotel room with a gay escort and drugs? Yes, it sucked he lost the Governor's race but thousands of politicians losing elections and you don't see getting into a bender. A part of me still wishes he won the election and added this chapter already list long for why Florida is weird and also wondering if he would have resigned or being impeached (and that would have been an impeachment both sides could agree with). However, considering the events going on right now probably not the time for a Governor scandal like this and wondering if the Lieutenant Governor could do the job. I hope Gillum gets and stays clean and spend time with his family.
     I voted for Biden. It was a hard decision and I seriously considering voting for Bernie but went with Biden. With Biden with a big lead, I was thinking the Bernie should drop out. I know I know but hey any other time if Bernie wanted to stay in the race until all states held their primaries, I would be for it. However, with the Coronavirus out there, I think Bernie should drop out for the good of the party. Also, I don't believe Conventions for both parties should be held and depending on what the situation is in August/September that ballots should all be mailed. I've gotten my ballot through the email for sometime now. Again I don't know what the situation is going to be in August/September. I hope it's not as bad as it is now but I can't say for sure.
     Now for a lighter note, I'm mixed with Tom Brady being a Buccaneer. However, I believe they should have gotten a younger quarterback like Teddy Bridgewater or Andy Dalton. Plus, is Brady going to go pissy if the Bucs do draft a QB in the later rounds of the Draft (and yes the draft will take place though not in Las Vegas and just have Goodell announce the first-round picks from a studio in New York likely in the NFL Offices) or get a PJ Walker or Jordan Tam'au (yes there I go with the XFL guys). Hopefully, we will find out in the Fall.
