The Steelers should trade Antonio Brown
I admit I'm a big sports guy but since I started this blog I've hardly talked about sports unless it's politically motivated like the situation of Colin Kaepernick sitting down and later taking a knee during the national anthem. Also, there concerns when all but two of the black NFL coaches got fired during this offseason (Hue Jackson from the Cleveland Browns was fired during the season). I don't have a problem with the firings of Jackson, Todd Bowles of the New York Jets, and Marvin Lewis of the Cincinnati Bengals (the first time a team from the AFC North not named the Browns fired a coach in the decade). Also, I know he's white but I didn't have a problem the Buccaneers firing Dirk Koetter but them keeping Jason Licht as General Manager Really? However, I don't think Vance Joseph of the Denver Broncos and Steve Wilks of the Arizona Cardinals should have been fired. I think coaches should have three seasons before getting fired for the most part depending on the situation like if a coach is 1-31 like Jackson was with the Browns before this season (and he got another half season before getting fired in a power struggle with his OC Todd Haley, they both lost and got fired). Also, congrats to the Browns for finishing 7-8-1, pretty good for a team that went 1-31 in two seasons prior and it could have been 10 wins with more luck. Oh well, next season guys. Also, the Bengals are considering Jackson for their head coaching job. Really? Are they trying to go back to the '90s (which wasn't a good decade for them)? I think Joseph (two years) and Wilks (one) deserved more time. At least Joseph should get an interview with the Bengals. Put it I think the black head coach that should have lost his job was Mike Tomlin of the Pittsburgh Steelers. It hurts me to say this because he was an assistant for the Buccaneers especially during the Super Bowl Championship season in 2002 and has a great record with the Steelers and went to two Super Bowls winning one but he's losing control of his team. One of the reasons is Antonio Brown, the star wide receiver whose starting to be a cancer the team and may have requested a trade. Honestly, if he did request one or even if he didn't I said the Steelers should trade Brown (or has youtube Personality and Pittsburgh native Urinating Tree calls him "the diva", Also check out Urinating Tree channel, he shitpost on sports teams including the Steelers who blocked him on Twitter). I believe the Steelers and Brown should get a fresh start. Plus I can think of the teams' Brown could go like the Buccaneers. Desean Jackson doesn't want to return to the Bucs why not trade one unhappy receiver for another unhappy receiver? Though it would cost more for the Bucs because Brown gets paid more than Jackson plus it would probably cost the Bucs more than Jackson to get Brown. I think it would be easier to trade for Tomlin. I think the team more likely to get Brown is the Raiders because they would have the balls to make that move plus multi-draft picks especially in the first round (five in two years) to play with and the move to Vegas. Why not get Brown to get butts into seats? Personally, if I was the Raiders GM I would trade for Brown. However, we don't know where the Raiders are going to be next season. It could be Vegas playing in UNLV's stadium heck I heard the Raiders could play in San Diego, yeah that won't be totally awkward at all. I would laugh if that happens especially with former Chargers fans seeing their former team rival for them for a season. However, cap wise the Steelers would take a big, hit especially before June 1st. Plus Tomlin is fighting for his job next season, I doubt he would risk losing one of his biggest playmakers which Brown is. However, The Steelers has Juju-Smith Schuster who could be their number one. Brown is a great receiver but he's a cancer I think Tomlin think of his job security or at least controlling the locker room. Hey, I'm not saying Tomlin should be like Bill Belichick but he needs to do something same with the Steeler organization as a whole.
