     I know I've attacked the Republicans a number of times including making fun of their news network (Fox News). However the left/Democrats aren't much better. I know I know I'm running AS A DEMOCRAT but doesn't mean I will solely attack Republicans (though I won't stop attacking them either). My last post against Sheriff Scott Israel prove that and I'm going to continue with some things that have me bothering about the left. One of them is The Young Turks. For those who don't know, they're an online news channel that also post clips on youtube. They're unapologetically to the left as opposed to RNC Network (Fox News). Also against mainstream media like CNN and MSNBC and also you won't see Trumpets (commentators who support Trumps or as Viceland's Desus and Mero call them dick flute soloists) on The Young Turks.      As we know the details of the Broward County Sheriff Office response or lack there off at Stoneman Douglas High School from four of their deputies. I know I know more than likely I shouldn't criticize responses of officers/deputies/troopers. The only experiences I have with guns is a shooting exhibit in Tombstone (yes that Tombstone) and Civil War reenactments (and if you're wondering for the South however I believe the Confederate monuments should be remove from public and government land). However, they're trained for this and they have assault rifles and shotguns of their own and they didn't engage the shooter which they should have done. Also in comparison the Coral Spring Police Officers did enter the building while the deputies were still waiting.      As you know, a week ago a bitter ex-student shot and killed 17 students and teachers and wounded about 15 others. Since then the survivors and one who lost loved ones in the shooting have spoken up for gun control to make sure they're the last mass school shooting. Sadly their being attacked by the right wingers for being controlled by anti-gun liberals and some accused one of the survivors as an actor. Are you F--KING KIDDING ME PEOPLE? Apparently when conservatives are attacked or that they're rights like having guns are attacked they attack back (something I guessing they learn from Trump). The thing is the survivors have the right to demand gun control. These students survive one of the worst mass shootings in this country and possibly seen friends, teachers shot. They have spread their thoughts on social media, TV, and even to Tallahassee and Washington DC where they had a meeting with President Trump.      I believe the minimum wage should be raised. Mostly because I current work for minimum wage and would be a real dick move if I didn't support my fellow minimum wage workers and those who work at bars/restaurants. Actually it's one of two jobs I current work at, one for 11 dollars a hour and another for 10 a hour. I know a number of minimum wage supports say that the minimum wage should be 15 dollars a hour. I like that but I'm also willing to compromise to 12-13 dollars a hour. It should be double digits for sure. Florida's minimum wage right now is 8.25 among 35 states that doesn't have 10 dollars a hour minimum wage which include Alaska (9.84 a hour) and those that don't have a minimum wage. Some corporations have increase the minimum wage like Walmart though Walmart increase the wage (and gave a number of employees a one time thousand dollar bonus) during the time they close 63 Sam's Clubs which included the South Tampa location causing hundreds if n...

     Apparently it seems if you attack President Trump, you have a target on your back. Just ask Lindsey Vonn, Lebron James, and Kevin Durant. Speaking of which I wonder when I'm going to be attacked by Fox News and/or Trump and Company. When Lindsey Vonn saying she's there to represent the American people not Trump, Fox and Friends when on the attacked saying she it's a privilege to represent this country and she's being unpatriotic.      Believe or not, there are Christians who aren't Republicans. I'm a Catholic and Democrat. How many of you thought Christians are mostly Republicans? Anyway, I know this is in Miami but I wanted to talk about this (actually I wanted to talk about this before the Douglas High School shooting happened). Teacher Jocelyn Morffi lost her job at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic School after his got married to her partner. Personally if I had a kid and she was my kid's teacher, I wouldn't care if she was gay or not I would care if she was a good teacher which sounded like she was and still would be if either she was rehired or go on to another school. Also based on the article most parents were pissed of the school's/Archdiocese of Miami decision to fire her. Religion or not, it's not right fire someone based on Sexual Orientation among other things.      As we're stay reeling from the tragedy in  Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, President Trump has come out and said isn't not a gun issue it's a Mental Health Issue like other Republicans in the past said. In fairness, they're only part correct with Mental Health. It is an issue that needs to be improve however if it's a big issue then why can't the Republicans (party in power FOR NOW) increase spending for Mental Health since it's a Mental Health Issue not a Gun Control issue. Also Trump remove an Obama regulation of barring people with Mental Illness to own a gun. So you can't get those for health illness help but you can give them a gun instead. Seriously?      I'm just sick and F--KING tried for this Republican Hypocrisy. The Nunes Memo and the fact GOP initially rejecting the Democrats counter memo. Though they did approve it after the Nunes Memo was release but again rejected by Agent Orange said it was very political. Yeah and the Nunes memo which cherry picked a FISA warrant of 50-60 pages into a four pages to fit the GOP view point.      As we enter the first weekend without football I figured to talk about my stance of NFL Players taking a knee plus while talk about that than the Great Pumpkin in chief and his staff (I can said so much about that but not now). Honestly, I'm not a big fan of it but WILL SUPPORT their FIRST AMENDMENT DECISION to do it without the Trump administration and that hate group Fox News attacking them. Also this should be pointed out taking a knee started when Nate Boyer (a Green Beret vet and Texas Longhorns longsnapper) suggested to Colin Kaepernick, when Kaeparnick (then 49ers QB) sat for the national anthem to take to knee instead.      I figured to talk about sports because of two reasons. One, the biggest event of them the Winter Olympics and they started today (well yesterday really though the Opening ceremony started today). Go get them team USA and get as many medals as you can. Also if you guys/ladies want to go to the White House or don't go that's up to you. Second reason is the Tampa Bay Rays have announce besides their plans of celebrating their 20th anniversary (congrats guys, also should mention that the Lightning are playing in their 25th season) that their preferred site for a new stadium is in Ybor. Honestly I would like it if the Rays move to Tampa/Hillsborough County so I can go to more games. I admit the last two seasons, I have seen the Rays play elsewhere more than the Trop (2 to 1). I am planning to at least go to a game in the Trop this season.      As a relative of people from immigrated from a Spanish speaking country (Cuba on my mother side) I CANNOT AND WILL NOT SUPPORT THAT DAMN WALL.      I'm going to talk something a little more local since I'm running for the 14th district of Florida (the fighting 14th) which is most of Tampa if not all of it. Heck unsure of Tampa Bay Tech, my alma mater counts in the 14th district (let me know at crowleyforcongressfl@gmail.com). Regardless of which areas I would cover or don't cover if elected, I'm here to throw my supports to the Hillsborough County Teachers even the ones who aren't in the 14th. I want the Hillsborough County School District to pay the teachers 4K each. The teachers said they were promised the 4k each while the HCSD denies make that promise. I don't trust Jeff Eakins whose the current superintendent for Hillsborough County Schools. The HCSB has got through some disasters like forcing out the previous superintendent and firing their HR position who's suing them for wrongful termination.           As you all know the environment took a big hit when the supervillain in chief Donald Trump was elected president. Before he took office, green jobs were on the rise, contributing to the economy adding jobs. There so some hope when Al Gore when to Trump Tower but it didn't last when he took office. Plus he promised that he would increase coal jobs. He did get the coal miner vote, it didn't help that Hillary Clinton bragged about putting coal companies and coal miners out of work. Wasn't smart to said that especially coal miners make 80K a year and cities/communities depend on coal mining. Sorry if I getting my facts if Last Week Tonight well more like sorry not sorry.      I believe the attacks of the Media started not with Trumpedo but with Sarah Palin. Remember Sarah Palin, she was John McCain's Vice President candidate when she said the media was asking gotcha questions. Trump has taken it to an unfortunate level when he called CNN fake news. I give Bush Jr., Obama, McCain, and Romney credit, they never attacked the media with nearly the same venom as Trump and Company.
